Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and stroller-aged kids!

Body Back Workout® 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with BB Mini Session 2x Week (4 weeks) $120 pass

Body Back® Boost classes include targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Each 55-minute HIIT-format workout class ends with a mind-clearing meditation to get your MomME time in! This class is open to women and men. Please bring weights, a yoga mat and water. This class is done without kids, so please plan accordingly.

Boost class passes may be shared between individuals.

Stroller Barre® 1 visit freeFrom $13 per visit with 10-Class Pack (SS/SB/Boost) pass

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training. This low-impact class allows moms to get in a great workout, with their kids, who enjoy songs, games and fun! Fitness for mom, fun for baby!

FIT4MOM Boost 1 visit freeFrom $13 per visit with 10-Class Pack (SS/SB/Boost) pass

Our Saturday classes are run as FIT4MOM Boost classes. Expect a higher intensity workout, where kids are optional! Bring your stroller-aged child if you'd like, or feel free to come solo. We traditionally use free weights on Saturdays, so bring a pair of 8-10lb weights if you have them! Your spouse always joins for free, so make it a family affair!

Our Village Playgroup Free

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Please be sure to get specific details for each Our Village event at www.cedarmill.fit4mom.com/our-village

Body Back

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for women to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, customized diet and nutrition guidance, small group training and support, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVDs and recipes, online support group and more!

Body Back Summer Mini Session (5-Weeks) $150Purchase required to enroll

Summer 5-Weeks Mini Sessions include 2x week small group workouts, online support group and at home challenges.

Food journaling and nutritional accountability, individualized goal setting and support, and pre and post measurements, weigh ins and photos can be added onto the 5 week session for $49.

Self Care Morning - Body Back workout, self care workshop & stretch (Free!) Free

We are excited to have you join us for our Sweat.Self Care.Stretch special event on Saturday Oct 22! Please note, this is an event for mamas to do without their kiddos and check in begins at 8:45am, with our workout beginning at 9:00am. Please bring a yoga mat, set of 5-10lb weights and some water!
